Proven format - or tailored to your needs?

None of my trainings is like another. I always take your background and expectations into account. In addition, you determine how much we  customize the content in advance.

"Off the shelf"

We stick to the concept I propose and adapt content and exercises only in certain aspects. Practical, because the content already exists, there is little effort for preparation.

"Adapted"

You choose some building blocks from my concept and we add further elements that fit your learning objectives. These further elements can be from my portfolio or your existing content / frameworks.

"Customized"

We design the training together on a "white sheet" - starting point are your detailed learning objectives and ideas.

Evidence-based effective
My trainings are based on current didactic and learning psychology findings and ensure a practical and long-term anchoring of the learned content.
Theory & practice-led
You can’t do without the right basics. But instead of tiring lectures, we discuss the contents in interactive discussions. And we deepen and practice what we have learned in small group exercises and experience sharing.
Modular & blended

Ideally, learning takes place not only in the (virtual) classroom – but is also supplemented by short self-learning content, such as videos, articles or e-learnings, and project group learning. I am happy to advise you on this during our concept development.

Adaptive & target group specific
In order to address learners effectively, my trainings are – wherever possible – adaptive. For example, they build on prior knowledge and allow for different learning paths for different target groups.
Small bites, big impact
My learning units (“nuggets”) are small and easy to digest. And the self-learning elements I give you can also be easily inserted during a break at work or on the way home.

Contact me

You contact me without any obligation with your request. If available, you can send me your first thoughts about the target group, the learning objectives and the planned time frame.

Initial meeting

I will contact you and arrange a short meeting (approx. 30min by phone / video call) to better understand your project. Of course, the appointment is free of charge for you.

Concept & offer

As soon as I have gathered all the important information, I will develop a rough concept and prepare the offer.

Detailed concept and preparation

After your confirmation I start designing – depending on the degree of individualization – a detailed concept and prepare for the implementation. In this phase we have several contact points to discuss details or e.g. to get the expectations or wishes of the participants in advance.

Training delivery

The time has come, the training takes place! Look forward to new insights in an entertaining atmosphere with lots of practice and interaction. After each training day there is the possibility for a short feedback, so that we can make slight adjustments if necessary.

Documentation

After the training you will always receive a PDF with the digital documents for further distribution. If desired, I am happy to add a short photo documentation.

Follow-up & evaluation

In order to anchor the learning content in the long term, participants receive tasks and tips for practical application. Ideally, we also arrange a direct follow-up appointment to exchange experiences and progress with what has been learned. Of course, the training will also be evaluated – via a format of your choice or an online questionnaire from me.
